You must have prior success selling real estate or high-end residential services to homeowners in a commoditized marketplace. You will offer quality properties, and a unique approach that helps first time home buyers purchase their home of their dreams. Successful experience closing residential real estate or mortgage lending is a plus.
You are great at managing high volume outbound and inbound sales activity. You are a confident professional who can help a first-time buyer navigate the path to home ownership for the first time without wasting your time. You must be great at qualifying buyers based upon a clear criteria. You can follow a sales process that is tested and proven.
You easily differentiate yourself by creating urgency with buyers to make the right decisions, and by educating them about solutions they didn't know existed. You should be motivated to positively impact and engage the local community, not just to earn a great living. You are comfortable working in a team environment while always being a leader. You are comfortable working with consumers and being an amazing communicator with the internal team.
Our compensation plan includes a generous benefit package, base and commission structure without a cap. We provide inbound opportunities and sales support. We need you to be earning more than $130,000 within 12-months to be on target.
